Dinner Salad

Choice of Entrée:
Beef Medallions
Tender cuts of beef topped with Peppercorn Brandy Sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.

Asiago Crusted Chicken
A tender chicken breast dredged in a seasonal breading with herbs & fresh Asiago cheese, pan roasted to a golden brown and topped with a creamy, whole-grain Pommery mustard sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.

Baked Atlantic Salmon
Salmon filet with Basil Pesto, tomatoes and parmesean cheese.
